Ten Reasons why Aion should be your game! (Reasons 3 and 4)
Here are reasons 3 and 4 on why Aion should be your game!
3. Encouraged Party System: Depending on how you look at it, this can either be a positive or neutral thing. By all means, nothing stops a player in Aion to reach level 50 being a lone wolf; there are more than adequate amount of quests and hunting spots. But the rewards of being in groups and hunting together have powerful incentives. Not only will you be safe from being ‘ganked’ in the Abyss, your party will be able to take on monstrous foes too difficult to fell by just an individual for great loots and experience. In some games we find that questing alone was the fastest way to level, this made it less likely for people to form parties. While other games like Final Fantasy 11 made it impossible to level alone, and forced players into parties. Aion caters to both, but encourages more towards co-operative play I find. In the end of the day, this IS a MMORPG! So get in parties, raid some dungeons, and destroy rival guilds because this is what it’s all about!

4. Mysterious Foes: Aion’s neat system that allows players to control the ‘skin’ of their gear opens door to a new phenomena never seen before. If you have no idea what I am talking about, check out ‘Mechanics: Customizing equipment skins’ for the details. This system creates a new level of paranoia and thrill. No longer can you tell if someone is higher or lower level than you by looking at their visual avatar. Nor can you see the level of enemy players by clicking on them. It now becomes a tougher call because gauging the risk of an engagement is much more difficult. Thus in massive pvp battles, players can no longer pick off ‘lowbies’ and must assume everyone to be of equal threat!

The characters above could potentially be a level 5 or a level 50.
